The CEDAR Management Board met on the weekend of 17th April in Brussels, to review projects and discuss next steps. Entering its second year, CEDAR, the first pan-European Network of Muslim Professionals, seeded and facilitated by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, has been developing apace. With the aim of establishing CEDAR as an independent legal entity within the year, this board meeting focused on refining the network’s strategic systems, including membership expansion, innovative project development and high level and high profile relationship building. Drawing interest from a diversity of sectors, CEDAR’s Management Board meetings have previously hosted a number of supporters including the Mayor of Amsterdam Job Cohen and Cherie Blair QC.
