Weidenfeld Scholars Leadership and Public Policy Seminar

Scholars convened for annual five-day retreat

The Leadership and Public Policy Seminar, the cornerstone of the leadership component of the Weidenfeld Scholarships and Leadership Programme, took place in early January at Hartwell House. 

More than 30 Scholars engaged in seminars and debates about political and moral philosophy and heard talks given by a range of eminent speakers including Sir John Holmes, Director of the Ditchley Foundation and former United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, and Shami Chakrabarti, Director of Liberty.
